During the seasons, different species of trees and bushes take turns to flower in the open space and the trails. Next time you come for a walk or a horse ride, slow down a little and enjoy the environment you are in. The evenings have been quite spectacular. This is the season of Djilba, the season of conception in the indigenous calendar.
Djilba is a transitional time of the year, with some very cold and clear days combining with warmer, rainy and windy days mixing with the occasional sunny day or two. This is the start of the massive flowering explosion that happens in the South West.
