Darling Downs Residents Association Inc. (DDRA) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
Collection of personal information
When you visit our website we may collect such information as your name, address, email address, telephone numbers, if you want to become a DDRA member and you send in our Membership Application form to our Committee.
This information is required by us to conduct communication with you in an endeavour to provide you with an efficient information service.
Darling Downs Residents Association Inc. records your details on a database in order to contact you regarding information about up coming DDRA events or dates of when Annual and General meetings will be held.
Use of information
Generally, when you submit information to the DDRA, we will use that information to respond to your correspondence or service request. We maintain a strict “No Spam” policy – we will not use, rent, sell or disclose your personal information held on our database to any third party, for any purpose unrelated to our non-profit organisation.
We do, however, use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, sending mail and emails but never to process any payments. They will have access to your personal information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your information for any other purpose and will endeavour to protect any personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification and disclosure.
The DDRA will from time to time send correspondence to you in various forms, regarding event information and various volunteer activities.
