Thank you to the DDRA Committee members that came down last weekend and kept an eye on the bonfire while it burnt for over 4 days. Thanks to Brian Schupp who each day pushed up the coals with the DDRA tractor and kept it safe.
The bonfire was the culmination of a number of Busy Bees we have had during the past 12 months, and the grounds are looking wonderfully clean of dead branches and trees.
It is all credit to all the volunteers that have
taken time to be a part of the community clean ups that the DDRA Committee have organised. It all helps in beautifying the open space and bridal trails we have but also reduces the flammable debris before the next summer. Thank you
